As one graduates to become a professional beyond hard skills it is very important to bring in a few inbuilt soft skills that can't be coached overnight. There is a science, an arts and a few laws that governs these behaviours. It is critical that each one should have a fair understanding of these facts so that there is a good mindshare amongst the generation of professionals who will join industry very soon. The session is a simple attempt to share experiences and make you aware of a few of many possibilities with an expectation that it will help you some day.
