Note: Only links to the poster will be accepted. Any physical upload of material (document) will be deleted by the event organisers.
Abstracts selected for poster presentation
- Prepare a poster (poster.pdf) of regular poster size (18 x 24 inches) and upload the same to your Google Drive account (Google account).
Step 1
- Generate a “share link” with option "anyone with the link can view" for the video/ poster in Youtube/Google Drive and copy the same

- Login into your Indico account (Abstract submitter must be having this)

Click “My Contribution” under “My Conference” to reach your Accepted Contribution
Step 4
- Click the title of your contribution under “My Contributions”

Scroll down to reach “Presentation material” section and click the pencil icon on the right-hand side. “Manage material” pop-up window will appear
Step 6
- In the pop-up window – click “Add-Link” option to open a pop-up for adding the link.
Step 7
- In the pop-up window, paste the “share link” generated in Step 2 in box provided for pasting URL. Then enter the title of your contribution in the box provided for Title.
Step 8
- Click submit button, this will close Add Link pop-up window
Step 9
- Close Manage material pop-window.
Step 10
- Check the box under Presentation material option for the added Link.
